Youth leader of Nepali Congress, Gagan Thapa asserted that drafting the new constitution amidst of the disputes and disagreement is a challenging task. Thapa even advised to the top leaders to re-evaluate on drafting the constitution by the end of Ashad. Talking to the program Cha Prasna, Thapa stated that the constitution will be drafted with the distinct opinions and in the fast track. This sort of the process will lead towards the problems in future. Thapa added that the drafting of new constitution can be done through settling down the matters of pluralism, citizenship, federal demarcation, and others. These disputes have to be settled down before keeping the constitution in the fast track. In the same, the draft of the constitution has to be made public for a month and the disputable matters are to be sorted.
