Youths and students organised a protest rally at Nepalgunj on Sunday as a part of social media campaign “Back off India” against the ‘undeclared blockade’ imposed by India expressing discontent with the recently promulgated constitution of Nepal.
Students from various colleges in their uniform took out a protest rally early today morning from Surkhet road to BP Chowk, with the slogan “Aafno desh ko samasya aafai samadhan garau, Bharatiya hastakshep ko birodh garau” (Lets resolve our country’s problems ourselves, Let’s denounce Indian interference).During the rally, the students chanted slogans of unity of Nepal and Nepalis, sovereignty and nationality. Likewise, they also denounced the Lipu lek agreement forged between India and China.
