5 foods to reduce blood pressure

If your blood pressure is more than perception (120/80 over is considered high blood pressure), or generally if you want to keep your body healthy, you should pay more attention to  your foods.
For this you should not modify your eating habits completely, you can add out these 1 or all 5 foods from among these 5 foods in your daily eating routine.
1. Beans1-cup-beans (1)
Beans contains the enough amount of fiber, Magnesium and Potassium which helps to maintain your blood pressure in a healthy way. Consuming at least 1 cup of beans soaking in water a day, will control blood pressure of your body. It also don’t give any kind of negative impacts on people having low blood pressure.
2. Black teablack-tea
The elements of black tea will also help as a cleanser for heart artery and provides an ease.So, it plays a helping role in the blood pressure control. But don’t have a tea more than a 6 cup in a day.
3. Bananas and applesbanana
There is a saying that  banana and apple are  the king of fruits. Bananas is a great source of potassium, which lowers blood pressure effects.Probably all of us may have listen that ” Eat an apple a day, evict the doctor!”. Therefore, eat at least one apple a day, and 4 banana  to control blood pressure, not only they helps to keep the body healthy but also clean the teeth.
4. Low fat milk or yogurtlow-fat-milk
One of the research has found out that who consumes the less fatty dairy products or yogurt (which contains calcium and vitamin D), will less their blood pressure issue by 11 percent.So,drink 1 glass of lukewarm milk in the morning, 1 glass of yogurt with meal, or drink at least 300 milliliters low fat milk and get rid from heart disease, and high blood pressure.
5. Potatopotatoe
Of course,  potato is the most found and consumed vegetables in the world.It has enough nutrition such as  protein, carbohydrates,and contains minerals like Potassium, and Magnesium. Daily potatoes consumption will reduces the blood pressure problems and also lack other diseases.

Many people make the same mistakes that cooks potato by  peeling, but it is not the right to do. as the most of protein and other nutrients  are found in the bark of potato.But it  does not means that inward part does not contains them. However, eating with aggregate amount of bark and inward part will give a more benefits.To eat the bark of potato by proper clean is also another important note.
