Water is said to be an essential elements of our life. This is very important element for everyone and even the doctors suggests to drink a lots of water. Water doesn’t only has the benefits but also the demerits. If the drinking way is good than it is beneficial. Similarly drinking water has the benefits as well.the-best-drinking-water

Advantages:

1.If you drink 1 glass of water in the empty stomach at the morning than it will help to clean the stomach and makes your skin smooth.
2.If you drink warm water with lemon than the toxic elements will be removed from the body and the immunity system will be improved.
3. It will be better if you drink warm water rather than hot water in the morning.
4. If you have the habit of drinking tea and coffee rather change it to green tea.
5. Choose warm water and lemon instead of alcohol that will maintain your digestive system.
6.If you have the problem of fatness than drink warm water with the lemon.
7.water will remove the acidity of your body and keeps your stomach clean.
8. Our brain is made up of 90% water if we drink less water we might have headache.
9. Water will reduce the fever as well.
10. Our muscles is made of 80 % of water, if we drink less water than the muscles starts paining and shrinks.

Disadvantages:

1. If you drink high amount of water than it may give the pressure to the kidney.
2, Over water might damage the cell of your body.
3. If the sick people drink more water that will effect their health.
4. The more amount of water will effect the digestive liquid and the more problems might occur.
5. If you drink cold water as soon as you finish eating your food that will effect your health.
6.If you don’t drink water after you come from heat and work overload that may take your life.
7. Don’t drink water in the empty stomach, that will cause you common cold.
8. The infected or healthy people shouldn’t drink the water that is over their limits.
9.You need to drink according to your regular drinking habit of tea and coffee, tea or coffee contains caffeine that will lessen the blood level so if you drink 4 cup tea or coffee you need to drink 8 glass water.
10. Water is good for health but if it is overdosed it will hamper our body.
