Police said they will make Satish Khagdi, who was arrested on the charge of the murder of the 19-year-old, amid a press conference today.
Khadgi, a local of New Road in Pokhara, has admitted that he killed Neha after she denied his proposal of getting physically intimate with him. The preliminary investigation has revealed that Khadgi hit her using helmet for denying his proposal.
Neha is a renowned actress in Magar movies including Gaula and Yunpa.
