In the modern world the main reason for lower back pain is driving for long time and sitting for long time. It is essential to keep back stronger to prevent this problem. The first exercise to keep lower back strong is ‘Cat and camel’. For this first we will lower our back like a cat and we will get up like a camel. Now repeat the positions slowly.

backThe next exercise of ‘Superman’. To do this exercise sit in a cat position and then right hand and left leg should be lifted in air at once. Then do the same thing with another hand and leg. Later when the back starts to get stronger start to count to 10 after lifting hand and leg in air ( hold for 10 seconds). It can be done 10 times. Now you can do bridge exercise too. To do this sleep on your back, bend your knees, keep your hands straight and jam them. Then start to lift your pelvis or back slowly and slowly place it to the original position.

When you do these exercise regularly then after few times you can start counting to 10 after lifting your pelvis. Bridge exercise can be done at any time to make lower back stronger or to relax it. If you have very serious back ache and are not able to do the bridge exercise, you can keep a pillow between your thighs to make it easier and more comfortable.
