Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has arrived in Kathmandu to take part in the 13th General Convention (GC) of Nepali Congress.Kumar will participate in the GC on Thursday. He is also scheduled to address the NC’s programme. Kumar was welcomed by leaders of NC’s foreign department and Indian ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae upon his arrival at the TIA.Kumar will also meet Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today itself. He w
ill also meet President Bidhya Devi Bhandari during his stay.Sources said that Kumar will also meet Madhesi leaders at Dwarika’s Hotel where he is staying.Kumar’s visit has also been approved by India’s central government. As per Indian law, a chief minister has to take approval from the central government to visit any foreign countries.
