Nepali Congress (NC) leader Arjun Narsingha KC said that he would use his utmost efforts for stregthening the party and democracy.Issuing a press release on Tuesday following his defeat in the post of general secretary in the 13th general convention, leader KC said the win and lose is obvious in democracy and pledged to move ahead with enthusiasm and cohesion by eliminating enmity emerged in course of the election.He also extended congratulations and best wishes to the newly-elected president, general secretary and treasurer of the party.
