Police has arrested Baba Khadeshowr as he was in penance from 41 days in Kanchanpur. In the name of establishing Idol of Kalbhairab on the occasion of Shivaratri, Nagababa was in penance inside temple area of Kalbhairab and Police has arrested him after he had threatened priest of Shiva temple by drinking alcohol. He introduced himself as the great Banarasi Giri Nagababa and in support to declare Nepal as Hindu kingdom and establishment of Kalbhairab idol in temple, he sit in penance for 41 days from Poush 20. Nagababa perform such activity after he took alcohol in Shivaratri.
