


Nov 6, 2015- English footballer David Beckham has arrived in Kathmandu on Friday morning. He is here to play football as a part of a funding campaign for United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). He is scheduled to play a match at Taumadi in Bhaktapur today itself.
Hundreds of Beckham’s fans welcomed the former British captain at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
He will also meet the local children and students of Bhaktapur-based Padmodaya Higher Secondary School.The free-kick maestro earlier played a charity match at Papua New Guinea before arriving here in the capital today.
